Factors which play
vital role deciding the price of Printed Circuit Board.
* Minimum Gap, ( pad/pad, pad/trace, trace/trace ) It
should be minimum 0.005"
* Minimum Track Width, It should be
* Copper Voids, The acceptable size is over
* Annular Ring, It should be 0.008" either side this should be checked
with drill diameter not finished diameter
* Masking openings, The mask opening minimum 0.0025" either side.
Oversize masking should be modified so that track exposure is avoided.
* Unterminited traces, Some times a designers skips the
connection & in the Gerber it appears as a unterminated trace.
